Well structured and effective training that allowed me to boost my skills quickly, which contributed enormously to my personal growth. I am very grateful and happy that I could attend it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I decided to go for this course for the content but also because I could conciliate it with my full time job. I ended up appreciating the monthly classes also because I felt I had more time to integrate the learnings between classes, I could experiment with practice clients and reflect within my intervision group. As a consultant and project manager, I also felt I could leverage a lot of the tools and practices in my own professional role.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I found from day one that the ACC is a good and reliable coaching training programme. It’s clear what to expect, and they do support you from day 1 till day 10 and beyond. The teachers and ACC office staff are trustworthy and kind individuals who are knowledgeable about their work. It’s also the trust they have in asking students to be the training teacher’s assistant in other groups, which is a nice way of learning to become a better coach and growing into becoming a teacher at ACC one day. I also like the network events and ACC days they organise to meet other people. The ACC is a community you belong to from the day you sign up. It’s a warm, worthy feeling, and I’m so glad I’ve found my way to the ACC.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The content is very applicable and practical, while supported by a strong theoretical foundation that is up-to-date. Teaching is very strong, and there is substantial practice training to feel the role and learn in practice. The interaction with the academy staff has always been great: they were responsive and helpful, and they were also flexible for my personal circumstances.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The first year training programme of the Academy for Coaching and Counselling was really eye-opening for me. The programme provides a solid foundation in coaching\/counselling with a focus on practice and is delivered by a very skilled teacher. The various coaching exercises with other classmates were a big part of the learning experience and process of self discovery.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

This is a very comprehensive training, full of theory and practice, well supported with a very good teacher. I was surprised by the level of training and information that was provided and how we were all supported and encouraged through the whole process.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I did a lot of courses and training programmes like NLP, alternative medicine or other courses about communication and psychology. And I have to say that I found this ACC course really complete. This programme gives you a complete knowledge about the field and this is amazing. Probably people spend money for other courses but with a programme like this you have everything in one and that is powerful.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I would definitely recommend the ACC and the training programme in particular, since I liked the professional attitude and very much applicable knowledge that was shared. I appreciated the strong theoretical base combined with the intensive hands-on experience of practicing the learnings – on myself, with peer students and test clients. Also, I was able to get a real feel of what coaching and counselling is about and understand better for myself what I want to do with that in the future. The ACC is definitely the right place for someone interested in personal and professional development in a safe and warm atmosphere.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I always thought I had some decent listening and counselling skills, but did not realize how much there still was to learn. This programme helped me a lot with that, especially due to the excellent teachers who gave us amazing feedback. I have grown a lot in the past 2 years of the courses as a person and as a professional coach\/counsellor. Many of the methods we learned feel like they will become a staple in my future career.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I think the ACC’s programme is one of the best coaching programmes out there that I could’ve chosen from. The length, the content and the assignments of the programme really guarantees a transformative experience both professionally and personally. The first year for me was a personal transformation. I grew as human so much and I owe it to my teacher (Lya) and classmates for helping me throughout my journey. The second year was also very transformative for me, this time my transformation was around my profession as a coach\/counsellor. I am again grateful for my teacher (Arjan) and classmates to help me with my journey. Overall, I recommend this programme to anyone looking to grow both professionally and personally among like-minded people.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
