Thursday the 13th of November is the Day of the Coach<\/a> \u2013 an inspiring event that this year focuses on Visions on Leadership<\/em>. What does leadership mean in a world that is constantly changing? How do leaders relate to their teams and followers? And what role does coaching play in the leadership of the future? <\/strong><\/p>\n

In line with the theme of the Day of the Coach, we are sharing the blog The coaching manager: a key to sustainable growth and team development<\/a><\/em>. This article explores coaching leadership within organisations: leading with trust, listening and genuine connection, rather than focusing solely on results and control.
