If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied about something, we will work together with you to find a suitable solution. We always take complaints seriously and carefully investigate the situation. In some cases, it may not be possible to reach a solution together. If this happens, you can submit your complaint to the independent disputes committee of the NRTO.
