Right of withdrawal
By submitting your questionnaire, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and enter into an agreement with us with a payment obligation.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) after entering into an agreement, in accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code. After these 14 days, the ACC’s standard cancellation terms and conditions will apply, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
The right of withdrawal means that you may cancel free of charge and without giving any reason within 14 days of registration, provided that the training programme has not yet started. This period begins from the moment we have approved and confirmed your registration.
If you start your training programme within the 14-day cooling-off period and subsequently decide to cancel after the programme has started but still within the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the programme already completed, plus the cost of any training materials supplied by us.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing. We recommend that you use the withdrawal form available on our website for this purpose, although notification may also be provided by email or post.
When you have withdrawn from the agreement correctly and within the required time period, you will receive a refund of all payments made up to that point no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice. Refunds will be made to the same bank account used for the original payment, unless you have expressly requested otherwise.
